Return Policy

We have a 15-day return/exchange policy for online and in-store purchases (please see exceptions below). The 15-day return/exchange window begins from the date the order is delivered to the customer (as confirmed by courier tracking). All returns and/or exchanges will be offered store credit only 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please send an email to our support staff via the following email address: support@mullendesignco.com. In the email please include your name, order number, and the reason for the return/exchange (i.e. damage, item not as expected). Our support staff will review your request within two business days. Once your return/exchange is approved, please place the item securely in its original packaging and, and mail your return to the following address:

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are non-returnable and the sale of which is considered final: 

  • All rug purchases
  • All textiles
  • All pillows
  • Items received in our Seasonal Home Decor Box
  • Perishable goods (such flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Sale items 
  • Gift Cards

Damages 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
